• All cleaning services are provided as-is and as-available based on the customer’s information.

• We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or damages—especially those that are permanent or caused by factors beyond our control.

• Some surfaces, materials, or items may be excluded from service for safety or liability reasons.

2. Pre-Existing Damage

• C&R Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, defects, or structural issues within the property.

• Customers must inform our team in advance about fragile, delicate, or high-value items.

3. Damages & Breakage

• While our cleaners work carefully, minor and accidental breakage may occur.

• If damage is proven to be directly caused by our Service Providers, our liability is limited to repair or replacement costs, not exceeding the total amount paid for that cleaning appointment.

• We are not liable for:

  • Items not securely mounted or installed

  • Items weakened by age or wear

  • Damages resulting from poor condition, improper installation, or faulty materials

4. Safety & Hazardous Conditions

• Our cleaners may refuse service if hazardous conditions are present, including infestations, biohazards, extreme clutter, unsafe environments, or aggressive animals.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the property is safe for cleaning staff.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe, unobstructed access to the property

• Secure valuables and confidential items

• Communicate special requests or expectations before service begins

• Report any service-related concerns within 24 hours of completion

After 24 hours, C&R Cleaning LLC may not be obligated to revisit or correct issues.

6. Independent Contractors

Some services may be performed by vetted independent contractors.
C&R Cleaning LLC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or negligence of contractors not directly employed by us.

7. No Warranty

C&R Cleaning LLC makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Guarantees of complete stain or odor removal

• Specific cleanliness outcomes for heavily soiled areas

• Any results not explicitly documented in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• C&R Cleaning LLC and its Service Providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Scheduling, Weather, & Delays

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Illness or emergencies

• Traffic or transportation issues

• Circumstances beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your cleaning promptly.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify C&R Cleaning LLC within 24 hours.
A re-clean or service adjustment may be offered at our discretion.

11. Legal Compliance

C&R Cleaning LLC adheres to all applicable business, labor, and safety regulations.
Customers must not request any service that violates health, safety, or legal standards.

By using this website, booking services, or receiving services from C&R Cleaning LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer.
